This excursion begins by heading to the Maipú wine-growing area rich in number of award-winning wineries. Going through the traditional streets of this typical winery conclave, we found Cechin winery, a specialist in organic wine production.
Later, one of the main wineries in theses days, Vistandes, invite us to taste its high-end wines, visit its vineyards and barrel rooms.
Our next destination is the Santa Julia winery, belonging to the Zuccardi Family. Here, you will have a lunch at Pan y Oliva restaurant, whose menu is made based on Zuelo olive oil, as the main ingredient in its dishes prepared with vegetables from its own organic garden and house preserves. Within the menu you can find tapas, pasta, salads and desserts. At the end of it, visit the Zuelo alzamara and its line of products derived from olive.
