Anna Bistro is a haven in the city, a place that reminds to one’s home. Unstructured and relaxed, being in the middle of a large garden that manages indoor and outdoor spaces interact constantly. This place does not have the formality of a classic restaurant as in one place you can find an option for breakfast and dinner own stocked with excellent pastries and american breakfast dejeuners petites whose letters are complemented coisantes, invoices, toast, juice, eggs, yogurt with fruit salad, dried fruit and honey to complement the morning proposal.
It also has an all- day bistro, where you can share a glass of wine with a bite in the middle of your own garden and restaurant available for lunch or dinner. All specialties are cold smoked in the smokehouse own and use selected sawdust mixed with aspen and other essence, creating a technique that gets a unique flavor. Besides the letter values the Argentine products as a whole involves potatoes and blackcurrant sauce, lamb Malargüe or malbec.
Complementing the proposal, Anna Bistro has an underground cellar featuring over 200 labels 60 wineries in Mendoza, a site dedicated to preserving the conservation of wines.
