The initiative aims Democrat Aldo Vinci declare Villavicencio Private Reserve, created by Resolution 1065/2000 of the Renewable Resources in Provincial Natural Reserve with and preserve the soil, aquifers, underground rivers, water resources, environment flora and fauna in the area.
Under the bill the Executive shall perform all actions necessary to preserve the area Villavicencio-Paramillos, preventing any activity that could and / or degrading pollutant effect.
