The complex is located in park of 11 has. It has carpeted and climate-controlled rooms, a big and luminous gallery, cafeteria, kitchen, restrooms and service rooms.
A portico, streets, paths, access ramps, gardens and a big area for parking complement the building.
The conference rooms have modern equipment and can be divided with acoustic panels that make it possible to hold different events simultaneously.
COIRONES HALL
It has capacity for 300 people and can be divided into 4 different rooms with 3 rooms for 100 persons and 1 room for 200 people.
CHAÑARES HALL
It has capacity for 300 people and can be divided into 2 different rooms for 100 and 200 people.
RETAMOS HALL
It has capacity for 200 people and it has not subdivisions.
Today, the first part of the project is complete and is expected soon to start the second and final stage, which will provide a valuable alternative to meet the most national and international organizational demanding in which is project to build a multiple uses hall with capacity for 1,000 people, which can be divided in two halls for 500 people each, equipped with modern equipments for sound, lighting, video conference, multimedia and simultaneous interpretation.
