The Half Marathon organized by Lomas Plaza Comercial located on Avenida Champagnat and Leloir (opposite Dalvian), is a boutique race since it combines a running and trail running race with an After Run.
This sporting event seeks that experienced athletes can try on the demanding 21k proposed by the circuit. Athletes who enjoy running 10k will also have their place. The 6k are designed so that those who are starting in the running can go alternating walk and jog. The timing is done through the electronic Chip system.
The athletes leave from the door of the complex heading to the Challao Church, crossing the San Martín General Park and then up to the top of the Cerro La Gloria, down and take the Cricyt Street to its junction, turn left until the avenue del Libertador and then go down to Boulogne Sur Mer to turn north to calle Lencinas. For this last artery, go up to the University City, to go around until Champagnat street and turn right until the arrival arch, the same point of departure. A very demanding circuit but full of beautiful landscapes of Mendoza. The 21k sum the score of the table and the 10k add up to half the points.
The “locos bajitos” also have their kids circuit where they can bring their freshness and energy that fills the day with joy.
After the race, attendees can enjoy a fun moment that brings together awards, dance, stands with tastings of wine from different wineries, meals from the premises belonging to the mall such as ice cream, snacks, tapas and choreography to the rhythm of the best music.
NOTE: Carrera del Vino (April), Dalvian Circuit (May), Circuito del Oeste (September), Circuito Gimenez Riili (November) and Night Circuit Villavicencio / Uspallata (December) are marathons that make up the same championship. All athletes participating in the races add 1 (one) point at least, for the sole fact of participating, regardless of their classification. The winner will be selected from the sum of points he has reached by participating in at least three of these marathons. At the end of the championship, in the month of December, Cups will be awarded to the top 10 in the general classification of each genre and with cash to the top 3 classified in the general of each gender as well.
