From April 1 San Rafael will have daily flights to Buenos Aires. This was confirmed by the National Administration of Civil Aviation (ANAC), Airports Aerolineas Argentinas 2000.
Thus, the department will have flights to Aeroparque Monday to Monday with stops in San Luis.
In 2011 the airport of San Rafael Santiago Germanó suffered inconveniences and lacked a pumper that prevented access to the category of commercial aviation.
The ANAC sent a pumper Category 5, which is used by the aircraft to operate and brought the fire department equipment and communications. Airports 2000 installed a lighting tower over to the platform to have the necessary lighting, since the arrivals are between 16 and 17.
