The Secretary of Tourism, Government of Mendoza, Luis Böhm and CEO Lan Argentina, Damián Oskin, presented the new frequency that will connect Mendoza to Buenos Aires, where a flight will be added from the 3rd of March, offering well a total of three daily flights. Tourism minister was pleased with the news, as it provides one of the basic objectives set by the management of the portfolio of Tourism. Lan welcome the decision to incorporate an additional flight, because for us the issue of connectivity is central, Böhm said. The Secretary also emphasized that such initiatives largely benefits the working secretary is doing to position the province as a multi-destination, to enjoy 365 days a year. Furthermore, we need to clarify that the increase in visitors is beneficial to all sectors involved in tourism, the official concluded. LAN has incorporated an Airbus 320 to its fleet to this new frequency that will be available Monday through Friday. Thus, the passenger may choose the flight that takes off from the city of Mendoza at 8.45, at 14.45 or 20.10. Flights from Buenos Aires to Mendoza depart at 06.20 am, at 12.20, and 17.45.
