Traditional quintessential restaurant, belonging to Mario Ferrari who inherited their parents a taste for Italian fine dining restaurant opening in 1953 of the same name Don Mario where he fortify knowledge acquired after touring various restaurants in the country .
Its kitchen fire base is much more than a nightclub. It also has a full menu prepared by other cooking such as rolled breaded pork with glazed apples, stroganoff steak with sauteed asparagus and artichokes, sweetbreads Provencal with Spanish potatoes and tip back pork mustard.
Their new premises located in Palmares Open Mall has more fresh air and distinguished but not lose the initial toe of the grill which is in the sight of all people.
