The main estate in the higher zone of Mendoza, in the Lujan de Cuyo District, in the Sub Region of Ugarteche, is in the South limit of the District to more than 1000 meters (3200 feets) above sea level. The second estate is in the Region of Uco Valley, in the District of Tupungato, in the Sub Region Cordon of the Plata, also to an approximate height of 1100 meters (3200 feets) above sea level.
All the Doña Paula’s new plantations were meticulously studied, selecting for every variety the clone which adapted itself better to the land, and climatic conditions of the zone, also seeking to extract the maximum profit for every variety to obtain the complexity of our wines.
