El Ceibo is located in a house built especially for visitors , is a gastronomic experience type course gourmet using field techniques for the recovery of recipes using local produce being personally run by its owners, the chef Mauricio García Hudson sommelier and his wife Maria Eugenia Loria .
The place with covered to 50 people, is small but has comfortable spaces that provide privacy while maintaining socialization. It is decorated with oak barrels and works of visual artists, seeking to highlight the presence of wine all over the place .
The project idea is to live a field experience in the city, based on six dishes paired with wine being the clay oven and disc plow the main protagonists of the place. This way , visitors can enjoy direct clay oven pies, sweetbreads prepared on disc plow, lamb, potato cake and goat humita including classic favorites.
