The International Meeting of Biodynamic Viticulture is made in Mendoza since 5 years ago, organized by Fundación Demeter Argentina and Bodegas Krontiras. This is an event that features two full days, which take place in November and in which renowned specialists offer their vision of biodynamic wine industry to promote it and expand it in the industry.
Bodega Krontiras is known for being part of the limited supply of biodynamic wines, a way to produce wines highly valued in Europe and is beginning to grow in our continent. Biodynamics is based on anthroposophy (study of human knowledge) and is an agricultural management system that seeks to produce healthy food with high biological and nutritional value. The idea is to work as organically as possible, free of pesticides, chemicals and toxic in general.
Argentina Demeter Foundation is a relatively new entity, created in 2009 and seeks to integrate land, plant and animal kingdom, with humans through biodynamic farming. The meeting is mainly aimed at wine producers and technical advisors for the specificity of the issues addressed, but can also participate anyone who wants to internalize the subject.
