The Now Mom Expo is held every year during the second half of the year, often during the months of June and November, in the city of Mendoza. It is a traveling expo to be held in Buenos Aires, Cordoba, Rosario, Mar del Plata and Mendoza. It is an opportunity for moms or moms can attend training to prepare for the work of motherhood, and also to get in touch with the latest products and services.
Expo activities include shows for children by children’s entertainers and television channels such as Disney characters or Discovery Kids. Births, newborns, nursing, general care, and participatory workshops such as esferodinamia for pregnant women, baby massage and much more, completely free lectures and workshops on issues concerning motherhood are also performed.
Free 4D ultrasounds are also performed, so that mothers can see a more realistic way their children inside the belly. For ultrasound, women who are between 20 and 32 weeks gestation can participate. Then they draw strollers and all kinds of products, and even entire rooms for babies are made.
Other interesting spaces include the service areas where parents have the necessary elements to sanitize, feed and care for their babies, with attendance (if you will) of professionals. Often the “Your Baby on top” in which babies are photographed to appear on the cover of the next month the magazine is done now mom.
