The Rivadavia Agroindustrial Fair (FAI) is a big exhibition that is held every year during the month of October, open to the public, where you can see the progress of companies in the Argentine farming, industry and services for production . Stands wineries and wine products, work clothes, labels, but also nurseries, hail systems and agricultural machinery, automotive and nautical are located.
Spaces are also generated for information and to discuss key aspects of agricultural production, through presentations and lectures by economists and personalities of agriculture. It also offers the possibility to approach new businesses and services in the region, in addition to technology developed by each sector.
Some years the fair has a form of congress, to provide tools to entrepreneurs in terms of decision making. The FAI is the most important agricultural shows across the west of the country since 1995, and previously carried out at the sports center of Rivadavia. Conferences and lectures are held at the Hotel Pasambay.
Usually it has done during the first week of October, although at the beginning took place during the first months of the year. In the spaces of discussion, sometimes very important issues today for agro industries, such as lack of water and the low profitability of the machinery they are discussed. The fair usually lasts three days and takes place in the town of Rivadavia.
