The Provincial Water Festival is held every year in November in Mendoza. It held under the Provincial Water Day and Irrigation Workers, and year after year is the festival that begins the calendar of the Harvest. It has the presence of the regents Queens Harvest, which make delivery of tribute to the candidates next year.
The show constitutes the Feast consists of an extravaganza of music and dance, highlighting the most important artists from around the cuyano territory. The Provincial Water Day was declared on September 24, 1958, setting November 20 as the date conmemoratoria. That day saw the enactment of the General Water Law. Since then, the party gained another value, becoming essential for water education and appreciation of the provincial natural resources.
