* Departmental Harvest Festival
It is celebrated in the first fortnight of January, there is the election of the local Harvest Queen who will compete for the national sceptre, with the chosen ones in all the other departments of the Province. In addition, there are performances of local artists in the Municipal Stadium.
Departmental anniversary
It is commemorated on August 4. There are parades, arts and crafts exhibitions, there are typical meals and the gauchos delight the public with their skills on a horse.
* Festival of La Paz and the Singing of Cuyo
It has been celebrated since 1988 to pay homage to the poet D. Felix Dardo Palorma; there the folkloric local, provincial and national music are appraised and enjoyed.
* Celebration for the Patroness Nuestra Señora de La Paz
It is commemorated on the first Sunday of September, in the Chapel that takes her name, which is located in the District of Villa Antigua.
* Celebration for the Patroness Virgen del Campamento
It is commemorated on the first fortnight of October, in the rural inn El Campamento, on the south of the head village. It is a popular religious celebration in honour of Our Lady of the Carmen.
* Celebration of the Puestero (farmers)
In honour of San Vicente Ferrer, it is commemorated on the first fortnight of November, twenty kilometres towards the north of the head village, in the School Albergue Franco Adler del Lechucito.
