• Encuentro de las Naciones (Gathering of Nations) (February) there is a Nations Encounter festival, whose objective is to create a multicultural scope in which the representatives of the foreign colonies that live in the province, have the possibility of showing their typical crafts, dances, food, habits, and everything else that identifies their culture.
