With the name of the owner´s grandfather Florentino, is an old house with Italian style and fresh Mediterranean air, this restaurant offers fun and unstructured proposal found in his extensive library available to visitors, artists and works of Mendoza grocery store and a yard with geraniums after the name of the place.
The menu is dynamic and simple being among the house specialties octopus with chorizo vinaigrette Moroccan mushroom gratin type species, watermelon salad with ginger, mint, avocado, corn, radish and arugula, trout with quinoa tabbouleh and cherry tomatoes, goat or local tomaticán complete the proposal.
