Charamusca is a restaurant that offers the flavor, color and Andean joy, accompanied by fine wines. Located in Vallecitos , the oldest ski resort in the province where climbers gathered to share adventure and entertainment, nestled at the foot of the Cordon del Plata.
The simplicity of the mountain, music by local artists you hear on the site, along with the cooking method performed in the heat of the preheated stones make this a special place. The specialties are meat beef, pork and chicken with local species accompanied by corn and sweet potatoes, the pulsudo Locro, a sort of hearty stew with varied and abundant ingredients pre – Inca origin based squash, corn, beans, meat fresh bovine, pork sausages and dispossession that can be garnished with quiquimichi. In the afternoon a nice hot chocolate and pastries are the ideal craft for a late finish Mendoza mountain option.
