The members of the Provincial Rural Development Committee for Family Agriculture (Mesa Tripartite), leaders of farmers’ organizations and representatives of provincial, national and municipal government agencies, and representatives of decentralized autonomous public entities, indicated their belief that the project Expropriation Act of irrigated land idle-and without payment of irrigation rights for many years announced by Governor Francisco Perez last may 1, you can make a valuable milestone in agricultural policy in our province and even level national, for the rural family. In the project the need to develop the land in its social function for development of all Mendoza and Mendoza, with decent work for all rural families is clearly announced. Therefore the proposal to revive the production of the lands that are not in use through expropriation and regulated expansion of irrigated areas is strongly supported from the Tripartite and condemned to slave labor. So welcome the approval of national protection laws to the national domain of the possession or ownership of rural land (Law 26,737) and New Rural Pawn Statute (Law 26.727). The producers of the Provincial Forum of Family Farming, members of peasant organizations, indigenous peoples organizations and associations in general and young rural entrepreneurs and rural whole family in this law have the opportunity to work on land safely. It should be noted that the Tripartite Committee announced that it is willing to make suggestions and be part of the process begun with his decision to continue providing Mendoza and the National People’s Project.
