Like every year, the Foundation delivered Cullunche traditional awards that annually distinguishes media and journalists in the province of Mendoza featured for his work for conservation. In this edition 2010-2011, the environmental group leading Medical Veterinary Jennifer Ibarra formally delivered a diploma and a beautiful majolica -work mendocina- an artist at a ceremony held in the auditorium of the University Congress, in the capital city of Mendoza on 7 November. The SUMMIT magazine in its first year won the award by virtue of its editorial content, but mainly by the report published in the 5 wherein realizes insertion into the Cordon del Plata captured a cougar in Villavicenio in a joint operation between Cullunche and Natural Resources Directorate of the province. The award was received by the Director General of the publication, Jorge Federico Gómez. They were several besides the media, journalists and productions distinguished for his work on behalf of environmental conservation, flora and fauna in our province: Carina Scandura, Noelia Nieto, magazine Vena newspaper El Paso, MDZ digital diary Jornada newspaper, Cuyo News program The Otherworld Collective Environmental program Tityrus Miguel and Marcelo Marchese. Prior to delivery, in the hall of the house of higher learning members of the Foundation Cullunche projected a video description of the activities and campaigns that the organization developed in the province of Mendoza, always with the laudable aim of protecting the environment, flora and fauna. Besides Cullunche Foundation Award SUMMIT magazine was recently recognized by the City of Las Heras to the corporate commitment to the path and invaluable contribution to the Department and Interest declared by the House of Representatives of the Province of Mendoza.
