The Entrepreneur Development Centre (EDC) of the Central zone by the Association of Producers / is Mendocina Family Agriculture (APAFAM) and Provincial Project Coordination Young Rural Entrepreneurs (CPJER), convened in October for the category entrepreneurs to participate Competition in the National Rural Tourism organized by the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries Office, through the Rural Youth Project, the Ministry of Tourism and INTA. The initiative aims to recognize rural tourism enterprises whose premises are social inclusion, environmental, cultural and economic sustainability, tourism development and its identity character and quality and innovation. And the specific objectives is to highlight the role of the young entrepreneurs who have ventured into the rural tourism, rewarding creativity and commitment to the territory; recognize the experiences that are working in partnership to carry out activities of rural tourism; identify cases of implementation of good practices in rural tourism enterprises in the agricultural, manufacturing, tourism, environmental and social dimensions, recognizing entrepreneurs for their efforts in the development of the activity. Entrepreneurship can be individual or group, depending on the category in which they present, where one part young people between 18 and 35 years. Must be in operation at the time of applying for the program, having completed a minimum of six months, and shall be located in the country duly registered with the AFIP. Establishes 4 categories: Farm; Tourist Services in Rural Area; Associative Experiences of Rural Tourism; and Rural Community Tourism. For each category the first prize was set at $ 30,000, the second at $ 20,000, mention for innovation and creativity to $ 10,000, mention for good quality practices mention for $ 10,000 and commitment to the community $ 10,000 Enrollment in the National Rural Tourism competition is free and although in principle the deadline was October 20, at press time was assessed a delay to allow more stakeholders to apply.
