Country’s first organic vineyards in the country began with the marketing of the 141 acre lots. Located in San Carlos, a few miles from Pareditas on Route 143, the estate offers from their land plot US $ 66,000, with the possibility of building a home.
Each plot is 1 ha, and the price included the type of grape planting, which chooses the owner, drip irrigation system, the trellis and hail mesh does not include the edification.
In a second stage, the country plans to build a hotel of 20 rooms, with different rooms, restaurant, swimming pool and a boutique winery for community use, where the owners of the country will produce its organic wine by hand under the supervision of winemaking team.
“The idea is to offer a select community of entrepreneurs the chance to live the experience of having your own Organic Vineyard controlled by top professionals and producing sophisticated wines according to their tastes and preferences. Here we provide the opportunity to obtain their own wine without the need to invest large amounts of money, “he said, speaking to Ecocuyo.com, Bellanich Martin, Director of Communications and Marketing project.
The project is run by group of Spanish capital Eurch, with several projects in Latin America, in areas such as viticulture, logistics and food, among others.
