The Lanzarini family acquired the winery in 1936 and began producing their own wines.
Since 1993, the Lanzarini family has begun a process of varietal selection and application of new processing technologies to obtain the highest expression of the variety in their wines.
There winery has epoxy coated concrete vats, lids and claps of stainless steel.
The stainless steel equipment is from Italy and includes milling, movements and wine pressing machines.
