The exciting story of this place begins in 1950 when Henry buy a lot and build a home to and as it was usual in the placed, puts Los Negritos name referring to his two sons. Eventually the house despite changing owners retains its name which is taken by the municipality to the main street of the town of Las Vegas (Calle Los Negritos) . Years later one of the original Negritos, decided to return to the place and inaugurate the actual restaurant where visitors can appreciate the Cordón del Plata from the window of the main room that serves as a table Natural landscape .
The place, Bodegón de Montaña was specially constructed for the function breaking the typical style of the homes in the area as it is a brown cube with own rest of an urban minimalist lines. The interior is warm and understated featuring a wood burning stove and two boxes positioned in height: one to the north with warm colors and one to the south with cold tones illustrating the Cordón del Plata and Vallecitos . Everything about this place has an explanation.
The cuisine is regional with local dishes like tamales, meat mass cuyano cuatricó of origin, stew meat with flour and milk sauce or sorrentinos trout, a classic place . A dessert menu delights diners with homemade apple pies or flan.
