The group “Circuitos running mendoza”, which is formed by young people and adults who train and run marathons for both sporting and recreational purposes and together with the Municipality of Maipú, organize this activity each year as a preview of the celebrations for Children’s Day . With the aim of delivering toys to children from the neediest neighborhoods and to different institutions of the department.
The place where this event takes place is the Metropolitan Park. The marathon will last 24 hours and those who wish to attend can do so for one hour, at the time the participants wish during the 24 hours. that lasts the event, starting at 12 noon on Saturday until 12 noon the other day, alone or as a family walking or running.
The inscriptions are through the website of the Municipality (http://maipu.gob.ar/) or can be done one hour before the start of the event. The value of the same is a toy, which will be collected and delivered by the same Municipality.
