It is the feast of sparkling wine, a bet with a touch of glamor and distinction, being promoted by the Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture of San Rafael. The event, to be held during the month of November of each year, starting from 2010, and attempt to establish itself as a national holiday each year and collect the products and leading companies across the country. The intent of the business entity was to make the party between the months of January and February, but it happens that at that time far and wide across the province events happen, so the schedule was already “highly saturated” explained Alejandro Salafia, president of the Chamber. “So we decided to set a fixed date, which will be in November,” said Salafia. And even though the intention was to start with the new wine event in the coming months, “materially not got time to achieve it this year,” said the businessman. But despite the delay, the details are being finalized: patenting is now, the party will be foaming at the site of 10 hectares of the state, located in Alto El Algarrobal, Monte Comán way. Also anticipated to be invited Salafia recognized figures in the world of entertainment, politics and business nationwide, and the wineries participating in the event will assemble “livings” to showcase their products. There will also be space for dining and modeling, with major national models. “The event will not be popular because if the sparkling wine does not have those features.
