• Cultural Centre Tamary Huay, in Asuncion. This is a venture that has as protagonists the residents of La Asuncion. It is the first cultural centre of the Lavalle Desert, a space which concentrates the activities done by the youngsters of the region, such as cultural workshops for children, adolescents and adults.
• José Hernandez Cultural Centre. This is an area which hosts various cultural offers, from both public and private sectors. Among the alternatives that can be found in this centre there are the municipal cultural workshops (both classical and contemporary dances, arts and crafts, etc.) and school events organized by various social institutions and local entities.
• Lavalle Natural and History Museum. It was created in 1977 with the donation made by the Galo Juan Lavalle school of its Natural and History Museum, which had been created by its students. Soon after the donation this heritage was enriched with other donations. It houses authentic pieces of the Huarpe culture and replicas made by their descendants, the historical documentation of the Chapel of the Rosary of Guanacache, crafts in wool, leather, ceramics and daffodil. Besides, there are testimonies of the past century through photographs, clothing and articles of personal use.
