NadiaOf is the first own venture of Nadia Haron who arrived from Spain accompanying her husband José Ortega, owner of O Fournier winery. Here Nadia develops cellar restaurant as a pilot which then drives create a own dining establishment in the chacras de Coria.
This restaurant built in an old cuyana nineteenth century house, completely renovated and with a wonderful inner courtyard, was honored in 2012 as Best Restaurant in Argentina by the National Academy of Gastronomy and on several occasions obtained distinctions in the Great Wine Capitals.
Each plate has three premises: good preparation, presentation and combination of textures. Thus every bite integrates all the senses: smell , sight, taste, touch and even sound ensuring a tour of sensations. Search menu steps that each of them is different from each other but both remain perfectly harmonized.
It offers weekly menu created by the same Nadia Of which seeks to combine traditional recipes with new technology to produce pure flavors. Finally a tasting menu is the third place with six alternative inspired by seasonal ingredients and international cuisine popular steps.
