This January Aconcagua, Ritual Wine once again comes to Plaza de Mulas, in the heart of the Andes, glaciers to provide their water turned into wine, as did our ancestors to thank Pachamama for favors received, a symbol of the work of Mendoza and environmental care. Wine Ritual was conducted for three consecutive years in January 2010; 2011 and 2012, a joint venture between Exagrama, content producer and the Municipality of Las Heras. The meeting aims to promote awareness of no depletion of natural resources, install the concept that the earth is a living being, rescuing traditions, activate cultural values that define us as a society, care to defend water as a vital resource, wine as a symbol of effort and artistic expression as a genuine expression of human beings. Aconcagua, Ritual Wine is a tourist and cultural activities aimed at local development and territorial assessment of Mendoza. It consists of a separate bid on wine consolidating identity, lived experiences of the region. For the year 2013 the activities will start on January 27 at noon in Penitentes with a specially composed musical art-work. The proposal is adorned with the presence of one of the greatest exponents Andean: Jaime Torres, with a whole rather live guests as Golondrina Ruiz, Gladys Ravalle, Daniel Talquenca Victor Hugo Cortez, Sebastián Garay, Jose Molina and Jorge Quique Oesch Sosa.
