It is open the photo Potrerillos All Year contest in category Fall-Winter. Amateur and professional photographers can participate in the contest.
The premise is to capture images of this season and that the works reflect the landscape and the contrast of the area, to be able to rest and develop sports and recreational activities. As spring for the category in which 170 photographs of 40 authors were presented, organizers established distinctions and prizes for the top six. Each author may submit up to 6 works.
There may be pictures of any town in the area of Potrerillos and Las Vegas, El Salto, Piedras Blancas, Las Carditas, Springs, Valle del Sol, the lake and the town, among others.

CATEGORY FALL WINTER Terms and Conditions
The theme of the competition is to highlight the best images from Potrerillos in different seasons of the year, its landscapes and the various activities taking place in the area.
They may participate professional and amateur photographers (tourists, travelers and locals) Argentine and foreign, without age limits.
Participation in the contest is free.
The contest aims to integrate the photographic heritage of the Valley Tourist Association Potrerillos and may be integrated institutional website.

Topic: Potrerillos in autumn-winter.
Number of works by author: Authors may submit up to six (6) works on photographic paper Size 20 x 30 cm mounted on cardboard, & nbsp; mat or other rigid support measuring 35 x 50 inches. (all tolerance shall be allowed up to 0.50 cm)
The shortlisted works, whose authors will be informed through telephone and / or email by the organizers, & nbsp; must submit a CD with the images in JPEG format with a quality resolution of 300 dpi.
Each entry must be identified on the back with the author’s name, title, location where it was taken and personal information: address, age, phone, e-mail.
There may be photographs taken in two (2) years in any town in the area of Potrerillos and Las Vegas, El Salto, Piedras Blancas, Las Carditas, Springs, Sun Valley, and Lake Villa, among others.
The images may relate to landscapes and activities that identify this tourist region, emphasizing its natural wealth and showing different charms in every season. At the same time, reflecting the contrast that gives the area there to be possible to develop a number of sports and recreational activities and rest. A trigger mode, we can say that Potrerillos is the place to find pairings that combine relaxation and fun, serenity and adrenaline, country life and adventure travel, social gatherings and the encounter with oneself.
Photographs submitted will be the sole responsibility of the author, not admitting reproduction or manipulation of any kind. This means not using photoshop or similar programs.
Awards and prizes for the top six positions are established.
The first prize will receive a full weekend in Potrerillos, integrated
for most of the services offered by this tourist area, including accommodation and various activities (eg rafting, trekking to rappel, canopy, horseback riding, day spa, among other options). Each of the subsequent awards will get one or more of the services or activities, in proportion to the position of the photographic work.
The winning works will be in character acquisition, leaving Seated & nbsp; may be used to integrate the website of the Association or brochures, in all cases shall be appointed to the author. Association also reserves the right to select any photos of interest in which case the author will receive an incentive award. Prizes can be partially or totally deserted if not meeting the artistic / technical requirements, according to the consideration of the jury.
The date of submission will be from 21 to 30 September 2009.

The jury will be formed by the Photo Club and Maipú Valley Tourist Association Potrerillos, who will invite renowned photographers to integrate environmental and failures are final. Mere participation of the authors implies knowledge and acceptance of the rules. Works selected for exhibition will be returned to their authors after being displayed. Organizers put the utmost care in preserving the works, not being responsible for any damage that may receive unexpectedly. The organizers reserve the right to terminate as final any situation not covered by these regulations are reserved.
