The First Festival is an initiative of musicians Mendoza Michelangelo and Oscar Pereyra Puebla and Brazilian based in this province Jeanne Coelho with the idea of spreading the music of the neighboring country which is so appreciated and enjoyed by the public of these places.
On 15 November and 5 and 6 December, Mendoza live its First Festival of Music of Brazil-Mendoza 2008 with the best groups in the province and the country.
