Recently opened, this restaurant combines modern cuisine with traditional and regional flavors. The own logo consists that all recipes are inspired by one of the pioneers of cooking in Argentina, the famous chef Petrona Carrizo Gandulfo, in order to return to the flavors of home but adding a gourmet touch to achieve a unique proposal.
The rest are located in the neighborhood Bombal, a few steps from downtown of Mendoza. Among his most distinguished dishes we can mention the meat, pasta and vegetables, accompanied by artisan breads and bruschetta as entrance.
The menu also includes gluten-free and vegetarian food.
