The route of the olive tree is an itinerary that takes the form of a circuit that allows to know and enjoy an organized productive agro-industrial process. It offers those who travel for pleasure and a series related to the distinctive elements of the same activities: agro-industrial production and characteristics of the local culture activities. Upholstered in olive groves, national routes 38 and 60 cover the main olive producing country. The provinces of Catamarca, La Rioja, San Juan and Mendoza are major producers of olive oil, and by flicking at harvest is possible to visit some farm and access to stages of processing. In the early autumn crops are in all their glory.
