The Tango Through the Wine Roads event is done in Mendoza since 2008, shortly after the city was honored with the title of World Capital of Wine. The sites chosen for the musical display are museums, wineries, theaters, scenery, tourist and heritage sites in the province, hotels, bars, cafés and restaurants.
Fairs and art shows, clothing and books, lectures, workshops, conferences and milongas and urban tango interventions are also present. It seeks to make a contribution to the promotion and dissemination of this national musical genre, so more than 50 galas tango are performed for 12 consecutive days throughout the province. prominent personalities both local and national are homenajean and duets, soloists, orchestras, electronic tango and all kinds of sets are presented.
