The building was constructed in 1912 with a Florentine style and is recognized as an icon of Mendoza winemaking architecture. The same was restored and recycled in their entirety to welcome visitors from around the world. This winery reflects a tribute to the people who made and make possible the development of Argentina’s wine industry.

The vineyards planted at the entrance of the cellar work on the practice of biodynamics. It is the most extreme practices of ecological and organic farming. Defend the natural, prohibited chemicals, herbicides and fungicides, seeks to balance the ecosystem, biodiversity and recovery of bacterial activity in the soil.
