Mendoza and tourists enjoyed the Classical Music Festival in different settings across the province. The Minister of Culture announced that the 2013 edition will be dedicated to Giuseppe Verdi and Julio Perceval.
With a significant number of people and sold out in most of the 51 concerts localities culminated on Sunday the 2012 edition of the International Music Festival organized every year by the Ministry of Culture and the Ministry of Tourism, Government of Mendoza in coincidence with the traditional celebration of Easter. About 17,000 people attended the concerts spread throughout the provincial geography. The Closing Ceremony to be held this Sunday was starring Roads Chamber Orchestra 2012 Wine presented beautifully directed by renowned maestro Pablo Saraví.

At the close of the Festival, the Minister of Culture, Marizul Ibáñez reiterated that call for a National Composition Competition of Opera and Ballet camera. The compositions must be made on the basis of literary works of authors Mendoza. The winners will be awarded the opportunity to stage the works in the 2013 edition of Classical Music.

Classical Music for the Wine Route 2013
