After 10 years, Mendoza will host the XI Latin American Congress of Viticulture and Enology, which will run from 26 to 30 November this year at the Convention and Exhibition Center of the City of Mendoza. This Congress is held every two years in a Latin American country. The last was held in Brazil in 2005 organized by the National Wine Institute (INV) and the Center for Enology and graduates Frutihortícolas Industries of Argentina (CLEIFRA), the meeting will be international speakers and develop a exhibition of suppliers of inputs for the category. This time the event seeks to interpret the needs of today’s consumer, analyze reasoned viticulture and enology contemporary management.
